CS 2
Semi-automatic device for diagnostics and servicing of injection mold cooling systems
The CS series has been created for those who are looking for an effective way to clean and maintain mold channels in good condition, and at the same time do not need advanced control functions combined with monitoring the history of mold cooling performance. We wanted to create a machine that would have all the unique cleaning features of the CA series machines, but at a fraction of the cost. This semi-automatic device is equipped with all the necessary functions known from the flagship CA machines, enabling customers to maintain a constant cooling capacity of the mold throughout its lifetime.

CoolingCare CS Highlights
Tutorial Mode – a built-in guide that walks the operator through all the machine’s functions. Step-by-step intuitive software informs the operator about the necessity to perform individual operations. This allows for a very quick preparation of staff so that they can begin working without the need to go through long training coursesCleaning function based on the dynamic, two-way pulsation effect known from CA models, two independent cleaning sections, each equipped with a dedicated cavitation generator, powered by a single feeding pump, switching automatically between sections. Additional, manual function of changing the direction of medium flow for even more effective cleaning,
Efficient cleaning of channels up to 12mm in diameter (hydraulic system based on 1/2 inch diameter)
Independent diagnostic section. Thanks to the use of an independent hydraulic piping system, there is no possibility of mixing cleaning and diagnostic media. Effective flow rate measurement up to 35L / min
The ability to detect leaks in channels using compressed air allows you to prevent spillage before the cleaning agent is used. In turn, the patency test allows to determine the degree of channel clogging
The rinsing function with mains water allows the removal of cleaning agent residues from the mold system before performing diagnostic measurements, which in turn extends the life of the conservation media by maintaining its neutral pH value
