From simple designs to advanced units

CP series
Compact, affordable equipment. Ideal for production facilities with few molds. CP units are based on the same cavitation cleaning technology as the higher-end CoolingCare models. Available in four different configurations.

CM Series
The CM series of machines are versatile, configurable units that can be equipped with virtually all necessary functions according to the user's needs. Their design is based on a classic approach to sewer cleaning. The machine is powered by a high-displacement diaphragm pump, pumping the working fluid to the individual circuits through a collection manifold.

CS series
The CS2 machine is the smallest in a series designed for users with the most demanding requirements. It is equipped with all the necessary functions known from CA's flagship machines, except for the mold base and the ability to communicate via OPC UA. The CS2 is produced only in a two-speed version with semi-automatic mode. Intuitive and user-friendly software allows personnel to be introduced very quickly and get to work without initial training.

CA series
The CA series machines are the most advanced systems in the CoolingCare family. These fully automated machines are designed to meet the highest requirements in the modern plastics manufacturing environment. They are equipped with features that allow users to monitor and maintain full control over the cooling performance of their molds.

Why Coolingcare?
Cleaning time
up to several times shorter than conventional methods
Less aggressive cleaning agents
and shorter mold exposure time to chemicals - less risk of tool damage
Thanks to the advanced
automation and operating algorithms operator actions are kept to a minimum.
The device itself performs
sequence of operations according to the selected work algorithm, and then generates a report which is saved in the device database.
At the same time, sensors and algorithms
The security guards watch over the correctness of the device's operation, in case of any anomaly the operator is informed of the incident by text message.
Top quality materials
Each component of our machines has been carefully selected to meet the challenges of working with aggressive media. Before approval, each component of the structure is subjected to rigorous fatigue and chemical tests
Components from the best
We use parts of our production in combination with components from recognized world leaders, such as Keyence, SICK, WAGO, MetalWork, FESTO or R&R.
Advanced diagnostics
Our machines benefit from self-diagnostics, informing the operator of potential irregularities or the need for maintenance - minimizing the risk of unplanned downtime.
Strict quality control
Each machine goes through a series of strict approval procedures before being shipped to the customer. Such stringent conditions provide peace of mind for us and our customers
* - paid option available under extended service warranty
The machine itself finds
optimum expenditure for a given circulation or clears until the stored reference expenditure in the database is reached
The machine's algorithm monitors
cleaning process in real time and adapts the process parameters to the conditions in the channel
Less risk of damage
tool, the channel is in contact with the cleaning medium only until it is removed
pollution
Cleaning time takes
only as long as it is necessary
Dozens of sensors
and algorithms that control the correct and mold-safe operation of the machine
In case of irregularities
The computer stops the cleaning process and notifies the operator
